Any photo you submit...

• May not feature anyone else but you, unless they have given their express permission.

• Must be of you,  as it is possible your photo may be shared on social media or used in promotional materials.

• Must be in .jpg or .png format.

• May not exceed 10 megabytes in size.

• Must not contain copyrighted material (except as owned by you, the photographer).

• Must be 18 years or older to submit a photo.

You retain ownership and copyright of your photo. You grant VERSA Outfitters permission to use and display your photo on the VERSA Outfitters website, ads, marketing, galleries, Newsletters/Emails and social media. VERSA Outfitters cannot guarantee that your photo will not be copied by unauthorized individuals or groups. VERSA Outfitters reserves the right to deny or remove your photo at any time.

If you want your photo removed from VERSA Outfitters website or social platforms, you must send a request to hello@versaoutfitters.com and allow seven business days for its removal.
